An overview of BiA's expansion in the last couple of months
Over the last few months, BIA (Brothers in Arms) has experienced remarkable growth expanding from operations that had around 50-60 players to operations that now have 90-100+ players and many more joint operations that surpass that number.
A key factor in BIA's growth was the partnerships with different, very respected units that took part and still take part in various events. Some of the units that took part in these events / missions in the last few months are: KRR, NAUT, HTU, CE, and many more, which have been a major help for the community to grow and expand as we know it today. Another significant factor that helped in BIA’s growth is consistency. BIA maintained a regular operation schedule that focused on delivering well-organized missions and that was another key factor that made the community more stable and less chaotic.
As more and more players started playing in BIA, this allowed BIA's command to fill two platoons in standard events and three platoons in joint events, and even attach special assets to different missions such as aviation and armor, which are now used more frequently than they were in the past. But with more players always comes more responsibilities, and the BIA command knew that from the start. Even if there were no new leadership roles created, BIA's actual command kept everyone on track, and they were always willing to help and accommodate any new player in their unit, regardless of their knowledge about the game itself. The very friendly command helped to consolidate a good relationship between players and staff, which made communication easier and helped keep the unit running smoothly.
Now that BIA has reached a new milestone, they are now shifting their goal from growing the community to stabilizing it, and their new focus is on increasing the quality of their operations and the quality of BIA itself. Everyone in BIA has a role, whether you are in infantry, aviation, armor, medical, reconnaissance, CLS, or heavy weapons, there is always something for you to do. You will not feel left out, and even in moments when you don't know something, there will always be someone to help you, regardless of their rank or insignia.
