It is a Community vs Community PvP Event,BiA vs CA.40 vs 40 Players.
Welcome
to the second BIA/CA TvT, Cache Clash! We're happy to make things a
bit more objective focused this time, so the following is a Cache
hunting operation set in 2004 Iraq between the USMC and paramilitary
forces with a bit of ex Iraqi Army kit. Intent for Paramilitary is to find a
place within the black-marked AO to hide their cache, then defend it
from US forces until the time limit is up. US Marines, equipped with
engineers, Delta force, Hueys and Humvees search the AO and destroy
the Cache before time is up.
OBJECTIVES:
US
Marines
1. Search the AO for an insurgent cache (looks like
ammo boxes covered in netting). You have 10 minutes of
safe-start/planning, followed by 45 minutes of Gametime
1a. You
MUST destroy the Cache with either Explosives from the ENG team, or a
rocket from a RAT. Simply securing the Cache area is not enough.
2.
Alternately, if all Paramilitary are eliminated before time runs out, US Marines
Wins.
Paramilitary
1. You are to load the Cache into the truck, drive it anywhere you
desire within the AO, and hide it. You have 10 minutes of
safe-start/planning, followed by 45 minutes of Gametime. 2.

RULES
1.
You may not pick up and use enemy equipment. This extends to Radios,
Vehicles and Weapons
2.US Marines May not enter the Black lined AO
until the ten minutes of safe-start is up. This is in order to give Paramilitary time to hide their Cache and set up defences
3. There is a
hard time limit of 55 minutes per mission. This is to ensure we can
play two rounds within the 2 hour time period, with 5 minutes break
between rounds
4. Don't cheese the cache location into a place
it's unkillable, or hide it inside of buildings. It must be visible
and killable. E.G. In a courtyard, treeline, or mountain range. NOT
inside of a warehouse, or off the map. Doing so is an instant loss
for Paramilitary.
5. The Cache MUST be unloaded from the truck, it
cannot be kept inside or moved. Once placed, you may NOT move the
cache.
6. When there is 15 minutes remaining, if the cache has
not been located by US Marines, the Cache location is marked on the map
for all to see. This ensures that there's no dud rounds and an actual
battle happens.
You can join our event at least two hours before the starting time. Please consider filling Squads before taking a slot in an empty group. Please, don't forget to rate the event after it finishes!
