In the year 2012 the UK government has started some operations in Takistan. Early in the year, the SAS 25th regiment has been tasked to go recover a few cargo trucks supposedly full of weapons. Thanks to the cargo they took back from the insurgents, the government managed to track down another one, leading to an official takistani base close by. Due to that, it is strongly believed that the army is involved in the recent events in Takistan. The UK government stated that the Takistani Army wants to take control of the country and is using the insurgents as an excuse. The SAS is called once again to operate in Takistan, this time in Altis, an island in the Green Sea actually controlled by the Takistani Army.
