Unternehmen Dolchstoß, German for “Undertaking Dagger Thrust”, is a fictional operation that explores an alternative take on history in which the German forces were able to stage an invasion of North America during which this operation is set.

Unternehmen Dolchstoß is being conducted by Kampfgruppe Reiter, which consists of 65 handpicked men from the 6th SS-Gebirgs-Division Nord. The unit is tasked with the successful landing on the shores of the u-shaped inlet known as Baie du Renard on the northern side of Anticosti Island within the Gulf of St. Lawrence and furthermore with the destruction of fortified defensive positions that are protecting the inlet.
