Situation: US has decided to retake the lands of Chernarus from Russia in a surprise attack. Enemy forces have occupied most of the Chernarus region besides northwest airfield which we control.


Objectives: Capture Krasnostav, Destroy enemy checkpoint on the road between Krasnostav and Dubrovka, Destroy servers located somewhere on the airfield, Search friendly helicopter crash site for survivors.


At our disposal we have: 2x BMP-2D, 4x BTR-80A, 6x Gaz ( 2 of which armed ), 1x KAMAZ, 1x Mi-8, 2x Mi-24 Superhind.

AFTER ACTION REPORTS

Qualified Success

Russian Army contingent suffered equipment breakdowns and technical issues with their communications equipment, resulting in confusion and disorganisation on the ground.

They were able to capture the road checkpoint they targeted, but suffered significant losses to a powerful counterattack by an armoured force of US Marines and their air support.

They were, however, able to regroup and capture Krasnostav, and the advance team dispatched to the area provided vital information for to the commanders, as well as successfully sabotaging the enemy’s UAV control centre, earning their keep.

54 fatalities were suffered to 296 by the enemy, and a total of 14 enemy vehicles were confirmed destroyed by the contingent.
