Mission Description

    Operation Plunder and allied forces have been tasked with crossing the rhine. We are a small platoon of commandos from the 1st Special Service Brigade with tank support from the 79th Armoured Division UK, who are crossing around 2km below the main town of Wesel.

    The German Forces are heavily entrenched as they were aware of the oncoming attack and have piled lots of resources into the defense of the Rhine. Th German 2 Parachute Regiment are the main defenders against us with varying armoured support and an SS Reserve. To our knowledge the germans will have little to no air support, neither will we. So it will come down to a battle of wits and speed.

 

Mission Objectives

The Crossing (Take Mehrum)

Cross over the Rhine and take the small town of Mehrum and ensure no counter attack is going to retake the town..

Take Friedrichfield

Make your way to the heavily defended town of Friedrichfield. and standby for a counter attack.

 

Clear out German Communications

By removing the Germans ability to call in support can really change the tide of this offensive. 

Clear out German Field HQ

German Field HQ is controlling local forces and inbound support with conjunction of the communications point. After both the town is secure and the communication point, strike and take out the field HQ.
