Situation
Friendly Forces: U.S. PMC squad deployed under U.S. Government directive. Local Estonian contacts providing logistical support, including exfiltration assets.

Enemy Forces: Russian military units occupying Tallinn and surrounding areas. Expect fortified positions at Vrana Military Outpost, Nienia Military Base, and Gruwice Electric Relay. Enemy forces possess armored vehicles, established communication networks, and ammunition stockpiles. Heavy resistance anticipated near Gruwice.

Terrain & Weather: Operation begins on a coastal island near Tallinn. Conditions: early morning, heavy rain, strong winds. Terrain favors concealment but complicates movement and visibility.

2. Mission

U.S. PMC squad will infiltrate enemy-held territory near Tallinn to disrupt Russian military operations. Objectives include neutralizing communications, destroying ammunition supplies, ambushing a vehicle column, disabling power infrastructure, and conducting maritime exfiltration.

3. Execution

Concept of Operations:

Phase I – Infiltration: Conduct covert shore landing near Vrana Military Outpost. Maintain stealth and avoid detection.

Phase II – Communications Disruption: Destroy enemy communication systems to degrade command and control.

Phase III – Supply Sabotage: Neutralize ammunition stockpiles at Nienia Military Base.

Phase IV – Ambush: Relocate to designated ambush site. Engage and destroy Russian vehicle column in its entirety.

Phase V – Power Disruption: Advance to Gruwice Electric Relay. Disable (Destroy) electrical supply supporting military operations and nearby civilian infrastructure. Anticipate heavy guard presence.

Phase VI – Exfiltration: Withdraw to pre-designated coastal extraction point. Board boats secured by Estonian allies for maritime exfil.

Coordinating Instructions:

- Maintain radio silence until communications disruption is complete.

- Synchronize ambush timing with convoy arrival.

- Rules of Engagement: hostile forces only; minimize civilian impact.

4. Logistics

- Supply: Standard PMC combat loadout. Demolition charges for sabotage tasks. (Detailed below) Resupply not available, if out of ammo, use what you find.

- Transportation: Infiltration via boats; exfiltration via boats provided by Estonian contacts.

- Medical: Squad-level first aid only. No dedicated medical evacuation assets. Casualty evacuation to exfil boats.

Additional Equipment

Each role must carry sufficient ammunition, medical supplies, and grenades appropriate to their function.

Alpha squad is responsible for bringing AT Mines that are required for ambush.

Bravo (HTU) squad is responsible for bringing demolition blocks with them and they will be responsible for destroying all of the required assets on mission - therefore every member of Bravo (HTU) should carry at least 5 demolition charges.

We are carrying 5,45x39 weapons, same caliber as Russians are using, so not required to carry more than 5 mags for your guns.
