1. Situation
While British forces were conducting counterinsurgency operations against FIA elements across the Karslo Islands, Russian forces began preparations for a large-scale invasion of the archipelago.
Prior to the main assault, Russian reconnaissance and advance elements were deployed onto the islands to gather intelligence and establish positions for the incoming invasion force. During these operations, a Russian military convoy was detected and successfully ambushed by British forces, resulting in significant casualties and the loss of several vehicles.
With Russian intentions now exposed, British forces have begun reinforcing key positions across the islands and preparing for the expected attack. FIA elements remain active throughout the region, creating an increasingly unstable three-sided conflict.
Despite the loss of the advance element, Russian High Command has ordered the invasion to proceed. Russian forces are to establish a foothold, defeat British forces operating within the AO, and seize control of the Karslo Islands.

2. Mission
-Our mission is to conduct offensive operations across the Karslo Islands, defeat British forces, capture key settlements and military positions, and establish Russian control over the archipelago.

3. Execution – Concept of Operations
Phase I – Establish a secure foothold and begin movement toward British-held territory.
Phase II – Locate and eliminate British defensive positions controlling key routes and strategic terrain.
Phase III – Assault and capture key settlements, military installations, and infrastructure throughout the AO.
Phase IV – Destroy British command, logistical, and supporting elements to prevent an organized counterattack.
Phase V – Consolidate captured territory and establish defensive positions in preparation for further operations across the islands.

4. Logistics
-All personnel are to conduct final ammunition, medical, and equipment inspections prior to deployment.
-Insertion, reinserts, and resupply operations will be conducted using available ground and rotary-wing assets.
-Squad-level medical support will be maintained throughout the operation, with additional treatment capability provided by the Platoon Medic.
-British forces are expected to employ prepared defensive positions, anti-tank weapons, reconnaissance elements, and mobile counterattack forces.
-FIA elements remain active throughout the islands and should be considered hostile unless otherwise directed by Russian command.
