1. Situation:
Years of protracted civil war between the Ruha government and insurgent forces left the nation unstable and militarily degraded. Government forces ultimately secured victory; however, significant portions of their equipment and operational capabilities were destroyed or captured. To stabilize the situation and reinforce the Ruha government, the United States deployed Special Operations Forces (SOF) to train, advise, and bolster the morale of the Ruha Armed Forces. The first unit to deploy was a contingent of US Army Rangers, tasked with providing instruction in armored warfare and enhancing combat effectiveness.

2. Mission:
-Our mission is to train Ruha military armored units. During the training operation, a group of generals and officers not aligned with the Ruha government is expected to initiate a coup. Our task is to respond to this threat, secure loyal Ruha forces, and ensure their extraction alongside US personnel. The end state is the successful evacuation of loyal Ruha government troops and US forces.

3. Execution – Concept of Operations:
 Phase I – Conduct training operations with Ruha military forces.
 Phase II – Respond to coup attempt; secure and recover loyal Ruha elements.
 Phase III – Consolidate forces, establish convoy, and move to exfiltration point.
 Phase IV – Execute evacuation.

4. Logistics
-Members should prepare their supplies and put them in their vehicle.
-Transportation is done by APCs and a medical truck for the PL HQ 
- Medical: Squad-level first aid and PL medic for assistance.
