1.Situation:
Months after a failed military coup plunged Russia into civil war, the country has fractured into competing factions. While the Russian government retains control over much of the armed forces, several military formations and local administrations have declared allegiance to the self-proclaimed White Russian Movement, seeking to overthrow the government and establish an alternative military authority.
The island of Ruha has become a strategically important stronghold for White Russian forces. Defectors from the regular army, supported by local militias and captured military equipment, have fortified key towns, road junctions, and industrial facilities across the island. Intelligence reports indicate that the insurgents are using Ruha as a staging area to coordinate operations and receive supplies from external supporters.
In response, the Russian Armed Forces have launched a large-scale operation to restore federal control over the island. The objective is to dismantle White Russian resistance, seize strategic infrastructure, and prevent the rebellion from spreading to neighboring regions.

2.Mission:
-Our mission is to conduct offensive operations against White Russian forces, eliminate organized resistance, secure key infrastructure and settlements, and re-establish Russian government control over the island of Ruha.

3.Execution – Concept of Operations:
Phase I – Deploy into the AO and establish control over primary routes leading toward enemy-held territory.
Phase II – Advance through the AO, eliminating White Russian checkpoints, patrols, and defensive positions.
Phase III – Assault and secure enemy-controlled villages, industrial facilities, and command positions.
Phase IV – Destroy enemy weapons stockpiles, logistics assets, and command infrastructure while capturing intelligence whenever possible.
Phase V – Consolidate captured objectives and establish security positions in preparation for follow-on operations.

4.Logistics
-All personnel are to conduct final ammunition, medical, and equipment inspections prior to deployment.
-Insertion, reinserts, and resupply operations will be conducted via rotary-wing assets when available.
-Squad-level medical support will be maintained throughout the operation, with additional treatment capability provided by the Platoon Medic.
-White Russian forces are expected to employ captured armored vehicles, anti-tank weapons, fortified defensive positions, and improvised ambushes throughout the AO.
