In the heart of Europe, tensions have been escalating along the border between Germany and Chernorus for months.Reports of violent skirmishes and relentless border violations by Chernorusian terrorist groups have become a daily occurrence. The German government, frustrated by the audacity of these terrorists and the perceived inaction of the Chernorusian government, has decided that enough is enough. Operation Iron Resolve is born. Chernorus, once a stable neighbor to Germany, has descended into chaos.Political instability, corruption, and internal conflicts have plagued the nation for years. The result has been the rise of various extremist groups, some of which have begun to operate with impunity near the German border.It seems that the chernorusian government is secretly backing some of the terrorist groups to covertly sabotage the german motherland.

With diplomatic channels failing to produce any meaningful results, Germany's leadership felt compelled to act decisively.Operation Iron Resolve is part of a calculated response, a company-sized offensive aimed at securing key territory near the border to stem the tide of violence and destabilize the terrorist networks.A company sized element from the 41st Mechanized Infantry Brigade is preparing for their assault into the chernarussian territory.This assault is meant to diminish the enemy's air power in the area enabling further offensive to be carried out in the region.
