Operation Summary:
On 12th of February 2015, the Strike Fighter Squadron 97 is tasked to destroy enemy forces on a heavily defended Airbase after a failed surprise attack to our USA navy. At 1600 hours the SFA 97 will need to operate SEAD task to clear the way for friendly forces penetrate successfully deep into enemy territory and strike. Enemy has reinforced the protection on the area, as they were expecting an assault, and we are going to deliver it.
Mission Intent: The Strike Fighter Squadron 97 will be in action to destroy multiple enemy assets in the designated search area. SFS 97 will be using Anti-Radiation Missiles to destroy enemy radars and clear the area of long-range AA, and after the successful elimination, the team will destroy enemy assets and backup on Shiraz airbase.
Objectives:
• SEAD and clear the way for friendly forces.
• Clear Shiraz Airbase.
